We hope that we have provided world class healthcare to our community but sometime we know that conversations didn’t come across as intended, tests were not available in a timely fashion, there were bed blocks or a number of factors out of everyones control that led to one of the worst days of your life ending in more frustration.
At Burnaby hospital we are strongly driven to improve your care and we meet monthly to brainstorm new ways to make your experience better. However, we can only see the system from our side and we would encourage you to provide us with feedback so we can be a better team for you. Our patient quality care office accepts emails and will respond within 48 hours. The process will then give you time to tell us where we did well or unfortunately let you down. The aim is to help us move forward in providing the best patient care and experience equally to all our patients.
